The Methow Valley is an outdoor recreationist’s wonderland year-round.
Spring and summer activities include hiking (choose from North Cascades National Park, the Pasayten Wilderness, and the Sawtooth Wilderness), birdwatching, plant finding, fly fishing, mountain biking, horseback riding, rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, rafting or just lazily floating down the Methow River. In winter, folks come here to cross-country ski amid snow-covered scenery.
